When worn, these garments grant the user the ability to visualize the geography of the land from above. These ancient Cartographers were of high importance to the land of Impeli as they could precisely map out a survey land — detailing these visualizations on the their garment. These attributes were possible by utilizing the powers afforded from specific placements of the scales of the Gah.
