All Sales Final

All items sold are final sale. Because each piece is handmade and unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect or Mis-fulfilled Orders

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos as proof. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion once the issue is verified.

One-of-One

Each item is a one-of-one creation. Colors, patterns, and designs vary, and may not appear exactly as shown on your screen. We do not reproduce the same design multiple times unless explicitly stated.

Sizing and Fit

We make every effort to provide accurate sizing information. Please review the size charts linked in the sizing tab carefully before purchasing. Items are handmade and may have minor variations in fit.

Care

All Items are hang-dried to minimize shrinkage. To maintain size and fit, we recommend hand washing or machine washing on cold and hanging to dry.
